Renting at the Landings!
Annual, monthly and seasonal rentals are available in all
villages at The Landings. The minimum rental period varies from one to
six months depending on the village. The full country club membership transfers
to the tenants (one or two adults) during the rental period so their greens
and tennis fees, as well as marina and clubhouse/restaurant privileges
are included in the rent. (A $300 Amenity Transfer Fee is charged by the Club upon check-in... $50 refundable at check-out) Additionally, Village application fees ($50-$100), cleaning, and 11% taxes will
apply for rentals less than six months.
